Temporary Personnel:

Since 1992 we also started offering, temporary personnel (Temps) and we can also claim to have had quite a few companies using this type of service which has grown consistently in popularity. Starting at the beginning mainly by supplying bi-lingual receptionists, telephone operators and all type of clerical assistants and basically replacing office employees who were sick or on vacation. While we still offer this service the main focus is now on the popular outsourcing plans which now is being offered with all types of personnel on a longer term, to different companies as their “non employees” who can excel in performing specific tasks.

Personnel Outsourcing:

Essentially this is a personnel leasing service. We offer to hire the persons needed by different companies for certain jobs and for a given period of time taking care of all the paper work involved with payroll, taxes, social security and all the different bureaucratic human resources tasks that are inherent to the humana resources function. The avoidance of the later tasks is the great advantage of this particular service, even though the hourly cost seems to be higher than the wage and benefit cost of a full time employee. According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, the annual cost of government regulations, government required paperwork, and tax compliance for U.S. businesses employing fewer than 500 employees was about $5,000.00 dollars a year or 25% surcharge on top of the cost of employee wages, health care, insurance and pensions. We now offer this service in different levels from production personnel to plant managers who can lead new plants from their inception until the facilities are in full production.

In outsourcing service, we currently serve American, British, Japanese, Mexican and Spanish Maufacturing concerns. In permanent placements as we have mentioned practically all Companies in Tijuana and many in Baja California have been served by us.
